Note: If you are waiting for lab results in California or Pennsylvania, your lab results may be held for a period of time before they are released. This hold time is in place to comply with state-specific laws.
Insurance will only cover the test if you submit an order from your provider/doctor and present it to us at the time of collection. If you do not have insurance or a doctor's order, we provide the most affordable cash prices in the market.
You have 30 days to cancel your purchase prior to sample collection at one of the Well Health Patient Service Centers. A nonrefundable cancellation fee of $20 applies, which includes Well Health Diagnostics' administrative fees. In some states, applicable taxes are also nonrefundable. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
